You obviously either didn’t read the entire article or did not fully understand what you have read. These privileged beggars are breaking the laws that govern the type of visas they applied for and received based on their application for entering Korea. If these beggars are broke, go to their embassy, get help to get home. That’s one of the reasons that the embassies are there for. Don’t finance your further stay and travels by exploiting the native population and taking their money. If you have no money for food and you are hungry, there are church-sponsored places where you will be given a free meal. If you wish to stay in a country you are visiting and you are broke, change your visa, get new permits to work and find employment to make some money. Foreign beggars are a continuous and growing blight all across Asian countries. The natives of these countries are losing their gratitude and admiration for American and their Allie’s help, defense, and recovery of their nations during the Korean conflict and World War II. All of these foreign beggars are too young to have been a participant during those days of wars, so why should they exploit and reap the rewards of gratitude and sympathy. They are creating a new impression of Americans and Europeans for the populace of Asian countries. The new growing impression is that American and European visitors come from nations full of deceitful scammers who should not be welcomed. These beggars will have tarnished the good reputation that Amerca and the European allies have had for over a half a century. Shame, shame on these foreign Begpackers! There is no “American Exceptionalist” for this type of behavior.
