The Asian Wok has the same rules as the Western Cast Iron cookware as far as cleaning them. But since the Trade Tariff Wars started, both of the cookware have taken to flinging oil at each other and now my cupboard is one big oil slick. So sad! Thanks for the fun read, Evan!
