Thanks Sam, I know a lot of people don’t know about the APA and I got interested in that 1981 case because I couldn’t believe that the irrational fear defense worked in getting acquitted for anxiety neurosis and irrational fear. I mean the guy shot somebody who was walking into his own house. As Yoda stated in his quote, “Fear leads to the dark side” That says it all!
