I’m still trying to understand how our society went from thinking: I hope my Girlfriend/Boyfriend, Mom/Dad, Husband/Wife enjoy their day of teaching and I hope my Daughter/Son enjoy their day of learning, sharing and having fun. To this: I hope that my Girlfriend/Boyfriend, Husband/Wife, Daughter/Son won’t get shot and die. I hope He/She come home safely and without trauma. I mean, it is school after all, where it’s suppose to be always a safe environment!
