If a President is psychologically unable to to distinguish right from wrong or a truth and a falsehood then he or she is incapable of executing the duties of being President. Without this capability, a President cannot be said to faithfully and fully defend the Constitution as the duties of his office requires as stated in the Oath Of Office. The remedy to this situation lies in the execution of the 25th Amendment Section IV of the U.S. Constitution, which states that the President can be replaced if he or she is unfit to fulfill the duties of his office.
