I venture to say that the “R” sign means the establishment is “Repulsive” and the “R+” sign signals that the establishment is “Repulsive and Reptilian”. It’s a good way for us normal, functional, Humans to know the places to avoid. I for one, think it’s a great idea for Public Health!
