I feel that it’s because of the growing phenomena of “Tribalism” and group think. Social media spreads group thinking rapidly like a virus. It’s kind of like when a dog in a group of other dogs sees a squirrel run by, barks out “Oooo, a squirrel!” and the whole pack of dogs run after it without thinking. Thanks for your comment, Andy!
