I don’t understand the Australian’s love of “Vegemite” as a food staple either. They put it in everything. Christmas treats from our Aussie neighbors consisted of Vegemite Chocolate and Caramel Ganache candies and brownies. Cakes, pasta, and avocado toast are laced with vegemite. At least they brought over some Aussie beer to help wash it down! I think I’ll trade your “Boxing Day” for “Vegemite Foods” anytime Mark! Haha!
