“Ambien” Roaseanne is given some cover by some of her supporters by stating that she may have some form of a mental disorder. Racist have offered the following Court case that occurred in 1981 as the basis to legitimize their belief: Anthony Simon, an elderly white man in Kansas, shot his Chinese American neighbor Steffen Wong as Wong was entering his own home. In his trial, Simon’s defense rested upon a claim of “anxiety neurosis”: Simon said he was afraid of “Orientals” and their presumed martial arts capabilities, and this caused him to misjudge Wong’s potential threat. Simon was acquitted on two counts of aggravated assault, and his case created a precedent for constructing a defense for racism centered on mental illness. This was the first time that this defense was ever used successfully. The American Psychiatric Association (APA) decided not to include extreme racism in the “DSM V” (A Manual Of Personality Disorders), which was also updated in 2012, because otherwise perfectly normal, law-abiding people in America might be implicated. The APA was also worried it would send the message that racists couldn’t control their beliefs, and so they would do little to change them. Tom Arnold says that “Ambien” Roseanne may have a personality disorder citing her previous racist tweets and her belief in the President Obama “Birther Conspiracy Theories”. Roseanne herself tweeted that she denies being a racist. I have to say this to those who say that Racism is some form of mental health issue, Why is it that it’s only a small segment of White People that are afflicted with this type of mental health issue?
