Allan, I offer to you some Chinese insulting nicknames about Trump for when he goes to China to visit President Xi. Much of the traditional insulting nicknames are often food related and they are more effective when spoken in Chinese but sound quite tame when translated into English:

2. Stinky Tofu
3. 2 legged Durian (A fruit that smells like turpentine and onions, garnished with a gym sock.)
4. Sour Rice (Cooked rice that's been left out and had turned moldy that no one wants)

My last offering is not food related but is my favorite, “Big Dumb Elephant” a euphemism for a male penis because it resembles an elephant’s trunk. It’s a roundabout way of calling someone a Dick. On the other hand, you can call someone a Eunach, who are nutless or ineffective.
